Neurological Surgery

human brain asbstract light blue backgroundNeurological Surgery is the specialty for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of disorders which affect any portion of the nervous system including the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves. Sunrise Medical Group’s neurological surgeons have expertise and experience in evaluating and treating people with neurological conditions. Neurosurgeons provide the most current management and surgical techniques, including minimally invasive options. Our skilled neurosurgeons treat patients suffering from injuries and diseases of the brain, spine and related nerves. Neurosurgeons work with a team of neurologists and sub-specialists in other areas to determine the most appropriate management option, including surgical or nonsurgical options, for your individual needs. Together, the team provides continuous care, from admission to discharge through follow-up services such as occupational, speech and recreational rehabilitation and physical therapy.

Using both traditional and advanced minimally invasive surgical options, our surgeons treat a comprehensive variety of neurological disorders:

  • Cervical artificial disc surgery
  • Non-surgical neck and back pain management
  • Cervical and lumbar spine surgery
  • Cranial and neuronavigational surgery
  • Stereotactic radiosurgery
